Coaching
The 12-week coaching program is designed for individuals seeking structured, long-term support. With weekly sessions (which can transition to bi-weekly after six sessions), this program allows flexibility for rescheduling up to two sessions, accommodating unforeseen circumstances. Each session lasts one hour, making it suitable for those who value regular guidance and commitment to their personal development.
H-Plus Membership Coaching
The membership program offers a flexible approach, with a one-time membership fee and per session. Clients benefit from six sessions over six months, with scheduling based on available slots. This option is ideal for individuals with varying schedules who appreciate the convenience of adaptable session timing, each lasting one hour.
Dynamic Triad Coaching
The tripartite session caters to situations involving three parties, such as a company, an employee, and a coach, or a parent, a client (aged 15 to 17), and a coach. These sessions are tailored to address unique dynamics and interactions within such relationships, ensuring comprehensive support.
Laser Coaching
The laser coaching session is geared towards individuals familiar with coaching or those who require quick, focused guidance. Clients can schedule these 30-minute sessions as needed, providing a concise and efficient solution to specific challenges.

Flexi Coaching
Coaching over email or audio recording is a flexible option for individuals who prefer written or recorded communication. This allows clients to engage in coaching at their own pace and convenience, making it suitable for those with busy schedules or unique communication preferences
Self-Guided Wellness
Supervision coaching offers various options, including individual, peer, or group sessions, on a regular or ad hoc basis, lasting one hour each. This program is suitable for coaches seeking professional development, support, and feedback to enhance their coaching skills.

The Full Story
I desired more than just focusing on fitness and nutrition. Observing people relapse despite their earnest efforts to reach their ideal weight made me realize something deeper was at play. I sensed the existence of another crucial factor that could help us achieve our desired weight and well-being and ensure its long-term sustainability, guarding against relapses. This essential element lies in the realm of behavior change and transformative psychology, which forms the core of effective coaching.
My Coaching Philosophy
About Me
I have accomplished my Ph.D. in Biotechnology, focusing on a significant medicinal plant highly esteemed in Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine.
In addition to that, I have pursued my Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry.
At present I work as an Integrative Wellness Coach
and am a mother of two.
I have a passion for food, but I'm also mindful of what I eat.
Cooking and reading are activities I thoroughly enjoy.
I find myself intrigued by a diverse range of subjects, including history, philosophy, life science, AI and has endless love for handmade objects.

Nowadays, people everywhere are busy talking, giving advice, and making suggestions, but very few are actually willing to listen. There seems to be a lack of time for genuine listening.
While each person may be an expert in their own life, that doesn't automatically qualify them to give advice or solutions to others, as what works for one might not necessarily be effective for someone else. Sometimes, all that someone needs is moral support or a listening ear to help them resolve their problems. This is where a coach comes in, who listens without judgment and offers unwavering support, making a significant difference in people's lives."
